Projects

On this page, we'll keep a list of ongoing projects.

Memorial Project

We are currently considering two projects:

1. A permanent bust, sculpture or painting to be displayed in the High School. This requires approval by the school board and fund raising.

2. A permanent bust, sculpture or painting to be displayed in the Roane County Courthouse; a variant of this idea is to have something mobile that can be moved to other locations for special events. This action requires approval of the Roane County Commission, approval of veteran's groups and fund raising.

Website

Of course, the continued development of this website, collecting pictures, video and other relevant historical records constitute an ongoing project.
